NordLihas operates as an auxiliary business name of NordLihas Oy, Runsorintie 1, 65380 Vaasa, Suomi. Seller details, contact information, and official registration entries can be found in our legal notice and in the order confirmation. We accept returns only at the designated address provided after you contact us. Do not send goods to any other location.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our selection and website are intended for private, non-commercial fitness use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order if information cannot be verified, the product is out of stock, or we detect a risk of misuse. In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

Product prices are displayed in EUR. The shipping fee is clearly stated at checkout before order confirmation. If a product contains an obvious pricing error, we may correct it prior to dispatch and provide you the option to either accept the purchase at the corrected price or cancel it at no cost.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

If an order is delivered to Finland, our prices include VAT. When a parcel is shipped outside Finland, local authorities in the destination country may charge customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is returned from customs, we will process it as a return and deduct any incurred shipping costs from the refund.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. Our site does not store or process banking details or payment card data.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

A purchase is considered submitted as soon as you complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation and order number by email. A binding agreement enters into force only once we pack your order for dispatch and send a shipping confirmation to your email. Prior to this, we may cancel the purchase if necessary and refund your payment.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

If the payment fails or remains incomplete, the package will not be dispatched. If the payment method is cash on delivery or payment upon receipt, any uncollected or unreceived package will be returned and the sale cancelled.

We process data related to order delivery, customer service and online store security in accordance with the principles of our privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our cookie policy, and both documents form an integral part of these terms.

Always follow the instructions on the label, product page or packaging when using the product. Keep products out of reach of small children unless the product is intended for them. Photos illustrate the product being sold, but different screens may display colours slightly differently, and a minor shade difference in the container is not considered a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store containers and bags according to package instructions in a dry place protected from light. Do not consume the product after the best-before date or expiry date marked on the package. Dispose of empty packaging in accordance with local recycling guidelines.

The content on our site does not replace daily wellness habits or advice from a healthcare professional. Product texts describe ingredients and usage, and they do not constitute a medicinal claim. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, following regular daily wellness habits or have an underlying medical condition.

Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically mentioned. Any discount code must be entered at checkout before payment and cannot be applied to an order retrospectively. If a promotional gift was included with a returned order, it must also be returned with the package.

Shipping methods, estimated times and fees can be found in our delivery terms. Delivery times are calculated in business days starting from dispatch from the warehouse and are estimates, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If you order multiple items at once, they may be dispatched in separate shipments.

We remain responsible for the order until the carrier delivers it to you or an authorised person at the specified address. Risk of damage to or loss of the products transfers to you upon delivery. Obvious transit damage must be reported with photos to [email protected] within 48 hours. Please verify your address details before paying: for packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the purchase price will be refunded minus the incurred shipping costs.

You can return an unopened product within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return instructions. Please contact us first to receive return instructions and a return reference, and send the package only to the provided address. We will refund the price of the products; shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item is incorrect or defective. This does not limit your statutory rights of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

The product must match the description on the website and be in good condition upon delivery. Products are covered by statutory liability for defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If the delivered product is defective or its seal was broken before delivery, the customer is entitled to defect rectification, a replacement item, or contract cancellation by reporting the issue within a reasonable time. If a manufacturing defect appears during the statutory warranty period, we will inspect the issue and either repair it, replace it with a new one or refund the purchase. Liability does not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage, incorrect use or damage caused after receipt.

The website may not be used for placing orders with fake profiles, disrupting technical operations, unauthorised collection of customer data, or sharing inappropriate, misleading or unlawful material. We reserve the right to deny access to the website if these rules are violated.

All texts, images, logos and technical material on the website are the property of NordLihas Oy or its partners. You may browse and print pages for personal use, but unauthorised copying, republication or commercial exploitation of the material requires our written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the operation, content or practices of external sites, and linking does not constitute an official endorsement.

Published customer reviews reflect the personal opinions of individuals who purchased the product, describing individual workout experiences without guaranteeing identical results for everyone. By submitting feedback, a photo or a comment, you grant us the right to use it in our online store without separate compensation, accompanied only by your first name. We will remove your review upon request and will not publish other personal details or inappropriate text.

Services on the website are provided as is. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted. This condition in no way limits statutory liability for defects or product warranties.

NordLihas Oy is liable for direct damages caused by products up to the total value of the order in question or up to a maximum of 100 euros, within the limits permitted by applicable Finnish law. Our liability is unlimited in cases of intent, gross negligence, personal injury or harm to health, as well as situations where liability cannot legally be limited. In all other respects, our liability covers only direct damages typical of the agreement and reasonably foreseeable.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover any costs or damages incurred by us resulting from third-party claims arising from your breach of these rules or the material you submit.

Finnish law applies to all orders in the online store. Any disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation, and claims may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Board or a competent Finnish district court for resolution. If a potential dispute cannot be settled amicably, the matter may be brought before the courts of the seller's domicile. Consumer customers always retain the right to take legal action in a competent court of their own place of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain fully applicable.

We send order confirmations, tracking numbers, receipts and notifications related to the terms to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct and check your spam folder if necessary, as messages sent to the provided address are considered received.

We may transfer the rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor of our business, provided that consumer rights remain unaffected. The customer may not assign their contractual rights to a third party without our prior written consent.

If we do not immediately act on a breach of these terms in any situation, it does not mean we waive our right to require strict compliance with the terms later.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid under the law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with a lawful term that reflects our original intent as closely as possible.

We reserve the right to close user accounts or reject future orders if these rules are repeatedly violated. This action does not apply to parcels that have already been dispatched.

This agreement text, the guidelines attached to it, and the order confirmation you received constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your order. In case of any discrepancies, the language version of the website where the order was placed always applies.
