Yes, you can. We offer cash on delivery as a convenient payment method, as well as traditional bank transfer via advance invoice. When paying with cash on delivery, you make the payment directly at the pickup point when collecting your parcel. We do not process payment cards directly on our website.

All orders placed on weekdays before 15:30 are processed and packed on the same day. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the package has been handed over to the carrier. We pack orders in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect the products.

You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Because these are hygiene-sealed food products and creams, opened packages cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
